What this website collects, which is currently nothing, and what will have to be documented before it collects anything at all.
Nothing is collected yet
This website has no server, no database, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party embeds. Nothing you type into a form on this site leaves your browser, because there is nowhere for it to go.
That is a property of the site as it stands, not a policy. It changes the moment the site is connected to a real endpoint.
What has to be published before launch
Any site that collects an enquiry has to say what it does with it. Before this site goes live, this page must state, in plain language:
- What is collected through the enquiry forms, field by field
- Why it is collected, and what it is used for
- How long it is kept, and what triggers deletion
- Who it is disclosed to, including any form or hosting provider
- How someone asks to see, correct or delete what is held about them
- How a request is made, and how quickly it is answered
Members and clients
A member workspace holds information belonging to other people, which is a different order of obligation from an enquiry form. The membership and client login pages set out the controls that have to exist first: role-based permissions, private storage with access checks, audit logs, and a documented retention policy.
Naming
No employee, employer, director, shareholder or client of this practice is named anywhere on this site unless separately authorised for publication. This is a standing rule of the brand, applied in the build itself rather than left to whoever edits the content next.
