How this website handles personal data, written to match what the site actually does.
Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, work email address, organisation (optional), the topic you choose, your message, and your confirmation that you have read this notice.
- Operational data: our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser type and request times to deliver and secure the site.
- Abuse prevention: to limit repeated submissions, the server keeps a salted, one-way digest of your IP address in memory for up to ten minutes. The address itself is not stored.
What we do not collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing tools.
Why we use it
- To read and reply to your enquiry.
- To keep the website and the enquiry form secure and free from abuse.
We do not use enquiry data for marketing and do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who receives it
When the enquiry form is switched on, enquiries are delivered to our team by an email delivery provider acting on our behalf; the provider will be named here before the form accepts a submission. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside the country in which Wellbridge AI Limited is established.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to read and answer them, and for a reasonable period afterwards to keep a record of the exchange, then delete them unless the enquiry becomes an ongoing business relationship.
Your rights
We handle personal data in line with the data-protection laws that apply to Wellbridge AI Limited. You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the contact above.
Changes
If what the site collects changes — for example, if an anti-abuse verification service is switched on for the enquiry form — we will update this notice first. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
