WellBridge AI Risk Terminal

A risk workspace that keeps positions, exposures, scenarios and sign-off in one connected view — so a risk figure always arrives with its origin and its reviewer.

Purpose

What it is for

Risk work is often split across a position system, a spreadsheet of scenarios and an email thread of approvals. The Risk Terminal joins those steps: one workspace where exposures can be grouped, stressed, explained and approved without losing the trail.

A monitor on a dark desk showing a multi-panel risk dashboard: a price chart, exposure panels and a ranked scenario list, lit in blue against a blurred office window.

Illustrative workflow

From positions to a reviewed decision

Input → processing → review → outcome, shown with invented figures so the steps can be followed without real data.

  1. Step 01

    Synthetic positions

Holdings arrive with their source and freshness. Each row shows whether its value is observed, derived, modelled or stale.

  2. Step 02

    Exposure grouping

Positions regroup by asset class so concentrations become visible. The grouping rule is shown, not hidden.

  3. Step 03

    Scenario change

Apply a scenario — here, rates up one percentage point and equities down ten per cent — and see which groups move, and why.

    Risk Terminal · workspace

Scenario: Rates +1 percentage point, equities −10%

    • Equities−4.90
    • Rates−1.86
    • Credit−2.12
    • FX0.00
    • Cash0.00

Total scenario change: −8.88 synthetic units. Equities move with beta; rates and credit move with duration.

  4. Step 04

    Review

Before the result is shared, a reviewer checks the assumptions, notes the stale input and approves. The record keeps who, what and when.

    Review before sharing

    • Scenario assumptions shown with the result
    • 1 stale input flagged: Corporate bond 10Y
    • Explanation drafted by AI — marked as draft

Reviewer note: “Approved with the stale price noted; refresh before the committee pack.”

Scope

Capability areas

What it covers.

  • Connected positions

Holdings from several sources in one view, with source and timestamp on every row.

  • Exposure views

Group by asset class, sector, currency or a custom rule, and see concentrations at a glance.

  • Scenario exploration

Apply defined shocks and compare outcomes side by side, with the assumptions printed alongside.

  • Data-quality states

Observed, derived, modelled, stale and missing values are visibly distinct — never silently filled.

  • Drafted explanations

AI-drafted explanations cite the figures they rely on and stay marked as drafts until reviewed.

  • Review trail

Approvals, comments and changes are recorded with the figures they relate to.

Audiences

Who it could serve

The roles it is built for, and what each one sees.

See how a position change would alter exposures before it is made, with the inputs’ freshness in view.

Boundaries

What it deliberately does not do

  • It does not place trades or give investment advice.
  • It does not let AI approve its own suggestions.
  • It does not present modelled or stale figures as observed ones.
