AI assistance

WellBridge AI Assist

An assistance layer that drafts, summarises and explains — with sources attached — and hands every consequential step to a person.

Purpose

What it is for

Assistance is useful when it shortens the path to a good decision and harmful when it hides how the answer was reached. It keeps the reasons visible and the approvals human.

Drafts arrive with their sources attached, ready for a reviewer to accept, edit or reject.

Try the review step

You are the reviewer

A scripted example. Approve, edit or reject the draft — each choice carries the same weight and leaves a record.

  1. Analyst

Summarise why the synthetic portfolio’s fixed-income exposure changed this week.

  2. Assist · draft

Fixed-income exposure rose because two synthetic bond positions were added (rows 4 and 7). Equity exposure is unchanged. Row 7 is priced from an older snapshot, so its value may move when refreshed.

Scope

Capability areas

What it covers.

  • Drafting and summarising

First drafts of notes, summaries and explanations, labelled as drafts.

  • Explaining figures

Plain-language explanations that cite the rows, sources and times they rely on.

  • Flagging exceptions

Items that look unusual are raised for attention, never acted on silently.

  • Routing for approval

Anything consequential is routed to a named reviewer with the evidence attached.

Boundaries

What it deliberately does not do

  • It does not take irreversible actions on its own.
  • It does not approve its own output.
  • It does not hide uncertainty behind confident wording.
